pkr50 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player" or "you") and pkr50 (hereinafter "pkr50", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online gaming information and entertainment platform accessible at pkr50.cam.

pkr50 is an English-language gaming information and entertainment platform targeting adult Pakistani users. The platform provides educational content relating to online casino games, sports betting markets, responsible gambling practices, account verification guidance and related entertainment material. pkr50 does not itself offer gambling services; references to game mechanics, betting markets or platform features are informational in nature.

By accessing, browsing or using any portion of the pkr50 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and pkr50.

The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall have the meanings ascribed below:

To register an Account and access all features of the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where such access is not prohibited by applicable law. You accept sole responsibility for verifying the legality of your access.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list administered by the operator or any recognised responsible gambling authority.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
• You have not been previously suspended or permanently banned from the Platform or from any affiliated operator platform.
• You are capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that the operator has designated as a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Each User is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered Account. Duplicate accounts, including those created to circumvent restrictions or exploit multiple welcome bonuses, constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated Accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address and valid contact email. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any detail changes.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is mandatory before withdrawal processing is enabled and may also be required before certain deposit thresholds are crossed. Standard KYC documentation includes:

• Primary ID: A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) or current passport. The document must be unaltered, fully legible and within its validity period.
• Proof of Address: Where required, a recent utility bill, bank statement or equivalent document (dated within 90 days) showing your name and residential address.
• Liveness / Selfie Check: A live selfie or short video confirming that the account holder matches the submitted identification document.
• Payment Method Verification: Evidence that the deposit payment method — whether via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, a bank transfer (e.g. HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) or other means — belongs to and is operated by the registered account holder.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, pkr50 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended informational and entertainment purposes.

You agree to use the Platform in a lawful manner and in strict accordance with these Terms. In particular, you agree that you will not:

• Access the Platform using automated scripts, bots, scrapers or any non-human means without prior written authorisation from pkr50.
• Reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, resell or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform's Content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform, its servers or associated networks.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, including restricted administrative areas or other Users' accounts.
• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair pkr50's infrastructure.
• Post, transmit or disseminate any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable.
• Engage in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or any other criminal activity.

pkr50 reserves the right to monitor Platform usage to ensure compliance with these Terms and to comply with applicable law. Suspected breaches will be investigated and may result in suspension, termination and/or legal action.

All financial transactions on the Platform — whether deposits or withdrawals — are subject to the payment terms displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. pkr50 may update available payment methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits, fees and processing times without prior notice; users are responsible for verifying current terms at the time of each transaction.

Payment method references on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual information only. These organisations do not endorse, sponsor, partner with or otherwise support pkr50 or gambling activities generally. Users must independently verify that their chosen payment provider permits transactions of the nature intended and that such transactions comply with the provider's own terms and applicable Pakistani law.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal request is approved.
• pkr50 reserves the right to request additional documentation to support any withdrawal request as part of ongoing AML compliance.
• Processing times vary by method and are stated as estimates only; external factors (bank processing, public holidays, technical delays) may extend these windows.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to all deposits and withdrawals, as displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

pkr50 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback arrangements and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered, which form part of this Agreement.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions, unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise, include the following:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Users only. Eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements and qualifying game restrictions are specified per promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Each User is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus using multiple accounts, shared payment methods, shared devices or shared IP addresses constitute abuse and will result in forfeiture.
• pkr50 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel or decline any bonus offer at any time at its sole discretion.
• Bonus credit may only be used for the game categories specified in the relevant promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games does not contribute towards wagering requirements and may result in forfeiture.
• In cases of suspected bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play — pkr50 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms. Engagement in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering, maintaining or using more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Fraudulent Identity: Providing false, stolen or borrowed identity information during registration or KYC, or using another person's payment method without authorisation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated Play: Using bots, automated software, AI-assisted decision tools or any non-human mechanism to play games or place bets on the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for the purpose of laundering funds obtained through criminal activity. pkr50 maintains active AML monitoring and will report suspicious transactions in accordance with applicable law.
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals against deposits made on the Platform.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software errors or platform bugs for financial gain. Any gains derived from such exploitation will be void and subject to recovery.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the minimum eligible age.

pkr50 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to protecting vulnerable individuals from the potential harms associated with gambling. The following tools and obligations apply to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. These limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure session duration reminders to encourage regular breaks during play.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods to help manage spending.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to stop gambling may apply for self-exclusion for a period of their choosing, during which access to real-money features is blocked. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted through the operator's responsible gambling interface or by contacting support.

You are granted a limited licence to view Platform Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publish any portion of the Content without express written permission from pkr50.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary rights notices.
• Use any automated tool to scrape, index or aggregate Platform Content for redistribution.

The pkr50 name, logo and associated brand marks are proprietary identifiers of this Platform. Any unauthorised use of pkr50's brand identifiers, including use that implies affiliation or endorsement, is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr50 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in respect of the Platform and its Content, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability and non-infringement.

pkr50 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any reliance placed on Content published on the Platform, including guides, bonus descriptions, game explanations or payment method information.
• Gambling losses incurred on any third-party operator platform referenced or linked to from the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Temporary Platform downtime, data loss or technical errors beyond pkr50's reasonable control.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages, pkr50's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr50 is incorporated and/or licensed, as stated in the operator's current licensing documentation. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that local laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any applicable provincial ordinances — may impose additional obligations or restrictions that are separate from and independent of these Terms.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under the operator's licensing framework. Nothing in this clause limits pkr50's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

pkr50 reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document as "Last Updated." Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically and retain a copy for your records. The current version of these Terms supersedes all previous versions.
